One of the main questions we ask small children is “What do you want to be when you grow up?” For some, their eyes squint and you can even imagine the wheels of their brains turning in wonder of all the possibilities. As we grow older and into adulthood, we at times stray from those very dreams because our lives may have taken a turn or several and we are no longer those young children of wonder that can easily see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The Goal Setting workshop allows one to envision their lives different and begin applying the SMART Goal model for up to 2 personal life goals. SMART goals allow one to see their goals realized by utilizing a specific, measurable, attainable, reasonable and timely (SMART) approach. Hand-outs and worksheet provided by FOTFT facilitator. It is encouraged the goal setting workshop be at least a 3-week series, as on-going accountability to meeting tasks is strongly encouraged.
