Fruits of the Family Table is so grateful that in a pandemic we have been able to sustain our reintegration case management services. Our case management services have supported our participants (individuals who have been recently released from incarceration and/or on probation/parole) in successfully obtaining substance use disorder treatment, mental health treatment, as well as connecting to professional development and employment opportunities. Our case management unit are the cheerleaders, advocates, motivators and resource navigators needed to assist each program participant individually in their transformation journey.
